I’m outta here 😎

On May 6th 2023, I graduated from UConn with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Art & Art History, concentrating in Illustration/Animation. I got to be the Banner Carrier at my graduation ceremony and led my peers at the Jorgensen Center for the Performing Arts.

I’ve worked on a lot of things these past few years. In 2021 my work was featured in a juried zine called the UConn Grief Project and part of the Käthe Kollwitz: Activism Through Art exhibition at the Benton Museum. The next year I placed second in the Maurice Sendak Young Illustrators’ Prize and received an IDEA Grant to create a series of paintings that explored cultural appropriation and appreciation. The work was displayed in a solo exhibition in March, 2023 right before my BFA Exhibition, where I wrote and illustrated a psychological thriller comic book called Family.
